@Mr_Owl is right. Your normal fluffs are a good summer coat. Make’m a bit fluffier for winter. They’ll burn better that way!

You could try drawing them with more fluff, and if you don’t like the way it looks, you can always go back.
Also, why is fluff so weirdly hard to draw? I always end up making it look like regular fur haha.

It helps to make it chunky, less detailed with more swooshes if that makes sense.

I mean, to each their own but mine only has the mares be fluffier than the stallions to help keep the babies warm if only a little.
